3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ALMK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, external factors such as carrier delays, high volume seasons, or customs processing can occasionally impact delivery schedules. ALMK is not liable for carrier-caused delays, but we will always assist you in tracking down your package if issues arise.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@almk.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to alter the destination.
